You will also be one of the first to test out Robokeeper, in our Shootout zone. This is a football challenge zone, the first of its kind in the UK.

We are seeking qualified Level 2 & 3 Trampoline Coaches to support the Kick Air trampoline master class programmes for young people and private coaching sessions (1-2-1 and group) for all ages.

This is a highly rewarding role, which will give you the opportunity to work with young children, SEN, additional needs, teenagers and adults through trampoline master classes, private coaching sessions and fitness classes using the park apparatus.

Skills & Attributes

  • A level 1, 2 or trampoline coaching qualification from a recognised UK body
  • Experience of working with children and young people of all age, including children with special educational needs.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Health and Safety of the users are the number one objective. Maintain a high safety and cleanliness standard is paramount.

  • Promote adherence to the Company Health & Safety Policy to ensure the safety of customers and staff.

Working hours

Flexibility is essential as shift hours can vary and will include days, some nights, weekends and Bank Holidays throughout the year. Hours will be 40 per week for full-time positions, and will vary based on demand for part-time positions.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Supporting the Café Supervisor in their role and potentially deputising in their absence.
  • Providing a world class service to all customers throughout the whole park
  • Ensuring all orders are made and delivered accurately and within specified time frames
  • Constant interaction with the customer to upsell further products
  • Ensure cleanliness of the café and seating area is upheld to the highest standard at all times.
  • Ensuring all aspects of Health & Safety within the café department are adhered to at all times – specifically relating to food hygiene and the implementation of all best practices

We are keen to talk to candidates who have a proven and successful track record in running a large multipurpose health and fitness, children’s activity or family entertainment centre.

The role will be multi-functional, fast paced and hands-on with a key focus being able to meet and exceed the turnover targets whilst ensuring your team delivers excellent customer service, health and safety and operational excellence across the freestyle park. You will need to be commercially astute to deliver the highest levels of occupancy and yield across a varied programme of activities including UK’s first shootout experience, free jumping, ninja warriors, children’s parties, fitness classes, corporate bookings and running a busy onsite café.

As operational manager you will be responsible for managing a large team of full and part time, marshals, receptionists, café staff and cleaners who will need ongoing coaching and mentoring to deliver a great experience for the thousands of customers who will visit the freestyle park each month.

We require the type of manager who enjoys leading from the front and engaging with members of the public and staff teams. You will have an infectious personality to instill a fun and vibrant environment in what is a very exciting and fast paced business where effective programming and rota management are of paramount importance.

You will be expected to work closely with local corporate businesses, schools and community partners to ensure that the freestyle park is marketed and promoted well within the local area using a mix of digital, print and awareness campaigns where you will receive extensive support from our appointed specialists in media and digital platforms.

Duties & Responsibilities – Court Marshals

  • Monitoring the various entertainment areas within the park to ensure customers have a safe and enjoyable experience.
  • Greet new customers at the reception, process payments and handle general enquiries.
  • Ensuring that, through regular cleaning, the park maintains the highest level of cleanliness.
  • Serve and clean the café as needed.
  • Report problems with equipment to Operational Manager.
  • Attend to any and all injured visitors within your designated area.

  • Delivering exceptional customer engagement and service as host for parties held at the park.
  • Ensure that your party attends a safety briefing, prior to using the entertainment areas.
  • Ensure that the party and parents are aware of the structure of the party, such as how long each activity will be.

We are keen to talk to candidates who have a proven and successful track record in running a café whether that is in a busy high street, a health and fitness centre or a family entertainment centre.

You should have a passion for food and the imagination to bring new concepts to café culture. Duties will include creating staff rotas, ordering stock with close attention to min/max levels and food wastage, have all required training and certs relevant to health, safety and food hygiene within the kitchen.

As a Catering Manager you will be expected to be hands on as required, work closely with the Operational Manager to provide an ultimate experience for freestyle park users and visitors attending Kick Air Manchester.
