General Information
What are your opening and closing times?
We are open seven days a week from 10:30am to 8:00pm. The 7:00pm session is the final hourly session of the day.
We are close on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and Boxing Day
Do I need to book in advance, or can I walk in?
Walk-ins are welcome; however, we strongly recommend booking online to secure your place, especially during weekends, school holidays, and peak times.
How early should I arrive before my session?
We recommend arriving 30 minutes before your scheduled session start time.
What age groups can jump?
- Children aged 5 years and over may jump without adult supervision.
- Children aged 2 to under 5 years must be supervised by an adult.
If I am supervising a child under 5 or just spectating, do I need a ticket?
No. Spectators and adults supervising children under 5 do not need to purchase a ticket. However all adults who want to use the equipment as well as supervising will need to buy a ticket.
Do you offer discounts for carers or individuals with special or complex needs?
Ticket prices are the same for everyone. We do not offer specific discounts for carers or individuals with special or complex needs. We recommend carers purchase a ticket so they can remain close to the person they are supporting.
Do I need to sign a waiver?
Yes. A valid waiver is required for all participants. The waiver link can be found in your booking confirmation email or via the top menu on our website. We recommend completing this before arriving.
Is parking available on-site?
Yes. We offer free parking in our dedicated car park. Please remember to register your vehicle number upon arrival.
Safety & Rules
Do I need to wear Kickair grip socks?
Yes. Only branded Kickair grip socks are permitted in the venue. If you have visited before, please bring your socks to avoid purchasing another pair. Grip socks cost £2.
Is there supervision on the trampolines?
Yes. Our trained Court Marshals are always present to supervise activity, ensure safety, and enforce park rules.
Are there any weight or height restrictions?
- The maximum weight limit for trampolines is 18 stone.
- Certain attractions have a minimum height requirement of 1.2 metres.
Pricing & Sessions
How much does a ticket cost?
Pricing varies depending on age. Please visit the pricing page on our website for full details.
How long are the sessions?
The minimum session length is 1 hour (60 minutes). However we recommend you purchase our most popular 2 Hour pass, as the second hour is discounted by 50%
What is your most popular ticket?
The 2-hour Yippee Crossover ticket is our most popular option, offering discounted access to all park areas (subject to age restrictions).
Parties & Groups
Do you host birthday parties?
Yes! We offer party packages that include park access, food, a private party room, and a dedicated host. Full details and online booking are available on our website, or you can speak with a member of our team.
Can schools, clubs, charities, or corporate groups book the venue?
Absolutely. We offer discounted rates for schools, charities, religious organisations, sports teams, and corporate groups. Please email info@kickair.co.uk for more information.
Food & Facilities
Can I bring my own food or drinks?
Outside food and drink is not permitted. Only food purchased from our Kick Café can be consumed on-site. Guests bringing external food may be asked to leave the premises.
