How to Claim Your Discount

1. Complete the request form on this page.

2. Upload a valid organisation ID card (Blue Light Card is not accepted as valid ID).

3. Please allow up to 48 hours for your request to be processed.

4. Once approved, you will receive an email with a secure payment link.

5. Tickets will be issued once payment has been received.

• Maximum of 4 tickets per request

• Requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before your visit

• Not valid on already discounted passes, including 2-hour passes or VIP party bookings

• Valid organisation ID required
